6)Speedy shipment: sample shipment within 3 working days after receipt of your payment.
We provide two-year guarantee to our products. First 2 Years Free Warranty Period 1) If defect to be found within 1 month after you receive the product, we can exchange new one for you, but you must declare to us within the 1 month. We bear one-way freight. 2) From the second month to two years after you receive the product, we can repair for you for free (including exchange the spare parts for you), and we bear one-way freight.
After the two-year free warranty period, within the next two years, we can also repair for you for free, but we will charge for the cost price of the spare parts if they need exchanging. We do not bear the freight. After the above-mentioned one years, we will charge for the repairing fee which is 15% of the product price we sell to you, and charge for the cost price of the spare parts if they need exchanging. And we do not bear the freight.. After receiving broken products, buyer shall pay the maintenance fee if Weiguan Maintain Dept. identifies it was damaged with intention.
1.Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received. 2.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. 3.Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable. 4.If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.
